I'm not sure it was completely necessary to cut the puzzlebox out of the effects and textures though, its positioning draws enough attention to it already, and this way the gold really distracts from your nice face and tattoos! It's a very nice edit though, it took me a minute to realise you must have been holding a camera really. xD
Personally I'd slap a selection over the box and tone down the saturation to match the rest of the picture, but that's just me.
